Club Jetstar personalised membership campaign 2018: acquisition version


Targeting frequent Jetstar flyers who had not yet joined Club Jetstar. This campaign ran in conjunction with a separate version targeting current Club Jetstar members who were up for renewal in May/June and hadn’t booked member fares/used their membership to find Club Jetstar deals.

This version of the video presented each of the customer’s recent destinations in overlapped animation, featuring different backgrounds that represented the destination location type.

The videos supported up to 7 personalised data points for each customer:
—first name
—relationship status
—how many flights they had previously booked
—membership deadline
—up to three most-recent destinations
